In order for our company to provide our services to our valued customers uninterruptedly and safely, it may be necessary to collect, process and transfer your personal data notified to our company by you to third parties.
Our company takes the highest possible security measures to protect your privacy during the collection, storage, processing and, if necessary, sharing of your personal data in accordance with the law.
Our aim is to inform you in the most transparent way about the ways your personal data are collected, the purposes of processing, the legal reasons for processing and your rights in line with your satisfaction.
a) Data Controller
Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (Law No. 6698), your personal data will be collected and processed by MRH TURİZM OTEL İŞLETMLERİ SAN. VE TİC. AŞ. as the data controller within the scope described below.
b) Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data will be processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698 in order to provide you with safe accommodation in line with our company principles, to make the necessary evaluations for the service provided, to ensure compliance with domestic and international legislation, especially insurance legislation, Social Security Institution legislation and consumer law, to comply with information obligations, to fulfill information and document retention obligations arising from legal legislation, to prevent fraud, to ensure security, to carry out our market research and purchasing operations, to manage our legal processes and to realize social responsibility projects, to provide you with better and reliable service without interruption. and 6. of the Law No. 6698 for the purposes of providing better and more reliable service to you without interruption.
In addition to the above-mentioned, your personal data may be processed in order to provide you with all kinds of products and services specific to you, to communicate with you, our valued customer, regarding the product and service you have received / will receive in this regard, and if you have given permission, to be used in promotion, product / service offer, marketing and campaign activities, to develop services and products suitable for you, to carry out customer satisfaction studies, to carry out existing or new product studies and market research of our company and our affiliates and to determine the target customer group.
Your personal data may be processed in order to fulfill the legal and commercial obligations of our company arising from the contract, to establish rights, to protect rights, commercial and legal evaluation processes, legal and commercial risk analysis, and to carry out financial affairs within the framework of the contracts made with third real or legal persons who have a business relationship with our company or the activities carried out together.
c) To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data may be transferred
Your personal data may be transferred to business partners, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliated group companies and companies whose activities are carried out in the capacity of intermediary/agency, support service organizations and other contracted organizations from which it receives services that are complementary or extension of its activities, consultants and organizations that it cooperates with in cases permitted by the legislation within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 8 of Law No. 6698 on the transfer of personal data and Article 9 on the transfer of personal data abroad.
In addition, the data obtained may be shared with public institutions and organizations in case of information requests made by public institutions and organizations in accordance with the rights and powers granted to them by law, with the relevant public institutions and organizations and with the relevant authorities for the continuation of legal processes in case of a possible dispute.

- Your information that you have communicated to our employees within the scope of your requests and complaints regarding products and services,
- Your information regarding your use of our website, mobile applications and other communication channels,
- Your e-mail address information regarding the sending of information, advertisements and promotional activities to your e-mail address via mass mailing systems,
- For users of our website, computer/hardware and connection information, page view statistics, traffic information to and from the page, ad data/advertising data, IP addresses and other information arising from your visit to our website, use of our services, interaction with our content and advertisements, including standard web log information/standard web log information;
- Your preferences for products or services or your past experiences are collected by the data controller.
- This information is collected through channels such as website, mobile or digital applications, social media, call center, companies whose activities we carry out in the capacity of intermediary/agency, customer calls, SMS, written/digital applications made to other websites, support service organizations, including those who receive call center services, through channels through which organizations and persons authorized to represent you have contacted or may contact you in the future, to the extent permitted and within the limits permitted by the relevant legislation and agreements made, by obtaining your consent when legally obligatory.
- Your personal data collected by these methods may also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles (b) and (c) of this Information within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.
d) Rights of the Personal Data Owner Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698
According to the regulation in Article 11 of Law No. 6698;
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information if your personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred
- Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To object if you think that a result to your detriment has arisen by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- If you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data, you have the right to demand compensation for your damage. If you submit your requests regarding your rights to our company by the methods set out below, our company will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature. However, if the transaction incurs an additional cost, our company will charge the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. In this context, in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the Law No. 6698, you can submit your request to our company in writing or by other methods to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board in the future. In this context, the channels and procedures you will submit your written application to our company within the scope of Article 11 of Law No. 6698 are explained below.
